Refund and Returns Policy

We at Shagun Exclusive Shop and Shagun E-Retail hereby referred as ‘We’ or ‘Us’, take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns/refunds or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However, if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client, then we will only be able to give Store Credits (One year).

All pictures uploaded on the website are clicked under natural conditions and no software are used.

If customer has paid for an order i.e prepaid order and if for some reason we are unable to fulfil the full or partial order from our side, we will initiate the refund of the amount (full or partial) within 14 days from the date of order placed. The amount will be reflected into customer’s account within 4 to 7 days of the date the refund is initiated. Customer will receive the notification of the same on their respective provided email.

We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the products you wish to order fits your desired purpose.
