- Cash on delivery (COD):
Cash on delivery facility is available on order up to Rs1499. Additional COD charges of Rs50 (excluding states Kerela, J&K, Ladakh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, and Mizoram) are applicable for COD orders. Shipping rates will differ for COD order and that for prepaid order. Please have a thorough look before finalising your order. COD orders cannot be cancelled once the order is shipped. Please read our refund and returns policy. If in case customer is willing to return or cancel the order he/she will have to bear the shipping and RTO charges. For COD orders, we will be at liberty to select the courier service. For the excluded states, the COD charges are Rs70.
- Packing and processing your order:
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partner then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Orders are dispatched within 2 days after the amount is reflected. Shipping of the same takes 4 – 7 business working days; meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time. Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
